COLLEEN HUNT
Owner
Environmental Scientist
Colleen started Stone Creek Environmental Consulting to provide expert level environmental consulting services to the regulated community. Colleen brings 21 years of regulatory compliance experience, including 18 years experience with the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board and 2 years working for a private consulting firm. Her regulatory background provides a strong understanding of environmental regulations, allowing her to provide streamlined, cost-effective, and solution driven compliance strategies to our clients.

Colleen is a Certified Professional in Municipal Stormwater Management.
​
In her free time, Colleen enjoys spending time with her husband Ethan, son Ramon and two dogs Mickey and Rosie. Outside the office you will find Colleen at the sewing machine, trying a new recipe, tasting wine, or at the gym.

LUIS RIVERA, P.E.
Engineer
Mr. Rivera is a Professional Civil Engineer with expertise in water quality protection and restoration, including the planning, standard-setting, permitting and enforcement associated with wastewater and storm water systems, agricultural activities and land development, soil and groundwater remediation activities, and hazardous materials.
He started his career in 1978 at the US Environmental Protection Agency and in 1984 joined the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, North Coast Region. In 2004 he was appointed as the Assistant Executive Officer and in that capacity provided managerial guidance and administrative and budgetary direction for all Regional Water Board activities. He retired from the Regional Water Board in December 2012.
Rivera is a translator for the City of Novato, and serves on the board of the Novato Theater Restoration Project.
ERICA WARREN
Compliance Specialist
Erica has over thirteen years of experience in program management, environmental services, compliance management, interagency public program design, and outreach. Strong science
communicator, effective across stakeholder groups, and experienced in managing public-facing programs that impact, and are informed by municipal code, policy, and public process. An experienced environmental services provider with significate communications and outreach experience, Eric brings depth to interagency partnerships through the strong relationship's she builds. Fundamental values including protecting water quality and public resources, and contributing to scientific understanding.

BOB LEGGE
Environmental Scientist
Bob come to us with a 14 year career in environmental studies. A graduate of Sonoma State University, Bob spent seven years with the Regional Water Board working on water quality permitting. Bob than transitioned to a policy and outreach coordinator for the Russian River. Bob is a Certified Inspector of Sediment and Erosion Control and a Qualified Stormwater Practitioner.

When Bob is not working or taking care of loved ones, he is finding a way to enjoy the outdoors by hiking, kayaking, or cycling.

EMMA WISLER
Technical Support
Emma is a recent graduate from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Emma earned her Bachelor degree in civil engineering. Emma is a Santa Rosa native and graduated from Santa Rosa High in 2017. She recently completed her senior project involving the design of parking improvements and runway extension at the San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport. At Cal Poly she was a Resident Advisor and has been heavily involved in a professional and social sorority on campus. Emma is most interested in pursuing the field of transportation engineering, but she is looking forward to gaining experience in all aspects of civil engineering and its related fields.

In her free time, Emma enjoys jigsaw puzzles, walking and going to the beach. She is an avid TV and movie watcher, which takes up a lot of her free time!
PAM STONE
Office Assistant
Mrs. Stone has spent a 30 year career as an office manager and bookkeeper to her employers, including Help-U-Sell and UC Allied Brookers. Mrs. Stone retired from full time work in 2018 and now spends her time in the garden and at the gym. She also vacations in Mexico frequently with her husband Jim.
ALEIDA HERNANDEZ
Administrative Assistant
Aleida joined the Stone Creek Team in January 2024. She is our Administrative Assistant of the office providing support to technical staff, keeping up with day-to-day administrative tasks, assisting with the bookkeeping, keeping the office tidy, and stepping up with support the company any way she can. In her time outside of work she enjoys nature, art, spending time with family and jammin out to great tunes.
